Just flashed it. So far so good (although there was a scary delay on the 1st boot). Donāt care for the launcher and some other aesthetics, but the build looks solid. This will breathe some life back into this tablet as 4.4.2 is long in the tooth. Many thanks.
Pretty good. Remedied the launcher issue by installing Trebuchet. Discovered two annoyances: 1. WiFi doesnāt connect automatically on boot (this has been reported for a while now in the Lineage ROMs), and 2. USB OTG doesnāt work out of the box - USB debugging needs to be enabled in the developer options. These are fairly minor, but it would give the ROM more polish if they were fixed. Very happy to have this tablet usable again though - itās been a long time (KitKat :-)).
Thankyou for creating this custom rom, a i already downloaded and flashn in my lg g pad lte. . Now can i know how to root and install gapps? Only lite gapps i want to install playstore and chrome thankyou whoever reply ā¦

We want No Gogol services on our devices (it is the starting point of the developpement of this system) so no gAppsā¦
Access to mainstream apps is possible via the āAuroraStoreā client available in the F-Droid catalogue
Root is possible via adb or by installing āmagiskā.
Edit : use aurora ā s anonymous connexion to the PlayStore.

Actually i like it run smoothly without google apps ,one thing is i cant find app im looking for in aurorastore

because all non paid apps from the PlayStore are available (anonymously) via the alternative client !

Look about your favorites Apps equivalent in open source version, or see the devolpper website of the specific app for a direct payment
