Abnormally loud notifications

While I am on the phone, I sometimes receive notifications from Signal or messages, and it hurts my ear :frowning:
Where can I adjust this? It is abnormally loud and not like this when I am not on a call.

I agree but thought I was just being overly sensitive. Would be nice if the volume could be lowered by two further degrees.
