"Account is disabled, contact your administrator."

Although I was able to reset my Murena password using the email recovery link, I am still unable to access my Murena Workspace account.

When I log in, the following is displayed: “Account is disabled, contact your administrator.”.

I email helpdeskhelpdesk@murena.com but it suggests I should post here.

I would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my account.
