I have a Murena Fairphone 5 that I got at the beginning of last year. The App Lounge still won’t load, I still get constant error messages (“Your account null”/”Your login/password is incorrect, please login again” [with the comma splice] and “HTTP server error ― HTTP 400”), and I sometimes get garbage text messages with a bunch of password-related gibberish. Could I get some help fixing these if possible?
You probably already updated to the newest available version and tried this?

If you haven’t then, I’d make sure to be on the latest version and make the transition to SSO that murena offers through a notification. As last ressort I’d remove and re-add the murena ccounts in Settings → Accounts
Well, I finally updated…9 months’ worth of updates that never went through, probably because the phone signal in my room is so bad. I can use the app lounge again, but I’m still getting the incorrect login bug (and I removed my Yahoo accounts in case that could fix it; I don’t seem to be getting the HTTP error anymore, but I’m still getting the other one). If I remove all the Murena accounts and add them again, will it erase my contacts list? I don’t want to have to set all those up again.

Where are the settings for each account? I went into what I thought was the account manager (Settings → Accounts), but I don’t see an icon for changing the settings for an account; the icon as depicted in the screenshot doesn’t even exist on mine.
Unrelatedly, which phone case and screen protector would work with the CMF Phone 1? I’ve been needing to get one for a while, but they’re all listed as being related to a particular Fairphone, which I assume mine isn’t.
There are some levels above the screen with the solid blue section illustrated. The full path in words is
Settings > Accounts > your_Murena_account [1] > My Account (overview) > Settings (Additional) > Tap the solid blue section (is your ID) > top right “gearwheel” settings icon > Re-authenticate

I think that fixed it.
Now I just need to figure out why I’m still getting full storage errors despite only using about 900 MB of my allotted 1 GB. And figure out which case to buy, of course.
