After the last update v4.1.1 on my Fairphone 6, I can’t receive mail and I can’t send any mail

Hi Manoj,

Thanks a lot for your investigations :folded_hands:

This morning at 5:11, Mail app gives a notification about a gmail mail received yesterday at 17:46.

A yahoo mail received with notification in k9 mail app this morning at 00:03 is not yet in Mail app. I refresh mail, switch off WiFi, switch phone in fly mode, reboot it, no improvement.

Edit : yahoo mail notification arrived at 6:54, so 6:51 later than mail received by k9 mail. Without doing nothing.

I checked account parameters in Mail app for yahoo account. They are the same than in k9 parameters.

There is one additional issue I’ve seen since 4.1.1. Might be related to this one maybe.

Switching between Wifi and mobile data works as expected. But when mobile data is active sometimes the corresponding slider is set to inactive, although mobile data is working. This is not reproducible reliably on my device but happens about every second time. Up to now I could’n’t see any difference if the settings are shown on the login screen or after logging in.

Hello people,

Manoj give me the advice to delete my Murena account and after that put it back again. After that, I receive and can send e-mails, so that problem is solved.

But I still have problems with my other apps. They are not stable anymhore.

What is the problem? Is it difficult for Murena to solve?

I read that I am not the only one.

I have noticed the same thing as Tux.

There might be an additional issue with the Murena account. But as I am facing the networking issue without using a Murena account this cannot be the reason behind the general issue.
