Alarm does not work properly with connected bluetooth headphones

Hello

I have an FP6 with the latest e/OS. The alarm clock does not make a sound when headphones (Bluetooth) are connected. Only vibration works. I have also tried other alarm clock apps, with the same result. The phone vibrates but does not make a sound. Without headphones connected, the alarm clock works normally. Any ideas?

I need to correct my last post. No sounds are working when bluetooth headphones are connected. No alarm, no notification, no ringtones.

I used my old airpods and my alarms keeps having no sound at all and the telephone shut down ever sound to zero. Not the music. Just the telephone, whats app and skred. I missed calls and people got angry.

I have exactly the same. No sound of any of the alarm/rigntone/notifications when I’m connected to bluetooth (which is basically always). Both if phone is on vibrate and if audio is on.
Audio applications (i.e streaming or spotify) do work.

Me too using AI powered Phonak (Sonova hearing aid); miss every call on my FP6 eos; I’m back on iPhone until somebody fix this bug… A phone that doesn’t ring? Come on guys; I am ready to sacrify for more self-souveignity, but this is useless.

My alarm seems to work now. No ringtone though :frowning: Still missing calls.

Anyone can confirm it improved for them in the latest verison?

Same issue here, and another day where I’ve missed multiple alarms due to it just vibrating with no sound. Just really struggle to sleep without background noise to settle my mind

I’m very happy with my fp6 for everything else, but this is a recurring issue. Haven’t updated to 3.4 but hope that sorts things out

Updated to 3.4 yesterday, and alarm worked so very happy to know the developers pay attention (and probably more attention than some developors for much larger companies).

Hope the same for you all.
