All of a sudden my phone code not valid anymore

All of a sudden my phone code (not sim card code) isn’t working no more. I can’t open my murena e/os mobile phone. I recently updated to the December 2025 update. The last thing I did before restart (and then not being able to access anymore) was to deactivate tracker- and location-blocking.

I know this sounds that my mind (human memory) must have failed me but nevertheless I’m quite sure that I use the correct code. Does anybody has a similar problem?

And if I’d end up to have to reset the phone (losing data :frowning: ) how can I import my murena workspace data (cloud) smoothly back to the reseted phone?

You did not activate by accident some barrier free mode…?

I don’t know. If I had activated some barrier free access then this would have been truely an accident. What would that lead to? And is there a safe way out?

It would show. Chances are pretty small but one user had once issues since barrier free mode expects one to use double taps instead of taps.

Anyhow, you use a PIN to unlock not a pattern?

It doesn’t show anything about “barrier free access” and wont open if double tab each number of my “I-really-thought-it-was-”code. :frowning:

I don’t understand your question though (I use numbers. But several digits will form a pattern inevitably).
