Am I still protected? After installing apps google accounts show up

After installing a couple of apps, like fairmail, I noticed two google accounts showing up. Do I need them?

Am I still protected now? Should I delete them except for the google MicroG?

You probably shouldn’t expose your real email address to view on the worldwide web, unless you just like getting lots of junk mail and phishing attempts.
