Android shows active internet connection, but no apps have internet access

It’s the same for me again, Android 14, /e/OS 3.0.4.
I already had the problem a few months ago with Android 13

After the update to Android 14 it was solved, now it came back. With this problem, I can no longer use my phone comfortably.

I’ve got the same issue after a fresh manual upgrade to 3.0.4 on a FP4.
If I do the trick to enable data per application, it works, but that’s a pity to have to do it for every application. I’m wondering if somebody has a tip to re-enable that for the whole system…
