A well know cryptographer called david chaum (https://xx.network/david-chaum/ , https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_Chaum) did create a new app that is enabling secure chat in a complete decentralized peer to peer manner. This secure chat application is also resistant to quantum cryptanalysis. It contains also some “coins”. It is already in android google play store and apple store, but not on the default appstore of /e/.
