Apk wrongly says my cell phone is Rooted

Using /e/OS Settings

I ve installed 014 Q version of /e/ OS on my MIDO.
I have not rooted my phone.
I had to unlock bootloader to install /e/ os.

Now many apks, while installing say “Your device is rooted”.
How can it be?
Can someone help me with this ? And if possible can i hide Unlocked Bootloader Status?
