I’ve followed your suggestion but it doesn’t solve the problem.

I had the same problem yesterday. Then I received a notification (very late) on my phone saying my murena cloud was full. I didn’t know it was sync to save my photos. Deleting the photos on my murena cloud and desyncing the automatic backup of my pictures allowed me to update my apps.

It worked for me if I disable wifi first, find the available updates and then re-enable wifi to install the found updates.

Was just starting setting up my new Fairphone 6 with preinstalled /e/OS, when, yeah, the apps would just stop installing. Haven’t finished setting it up yet. “Wait a few hours before trying again” is a really frustrating UX issue, to say the least

OK maybe you can also try by downloading Aurora store with F-Droid and updates your app with it (my wife had the same issue with her pixel 6a) and we fixed the issue with aurora store

if the issue is due to 0% progress and not about a depleted anonymous token pool (or use a dedicated google acc anyway) - could be this bug: App-lounge updates do not install, stuck at 0% - #25 by tcecyk

Hi @Julien which device are you checking on , pl share the version of the build and the apps you are trying to download. Also are you trying to do this in the anonymous or Google account mode.

I just tried downloading an open source and a standard app and both installed.

Yes, it’s a 0% progress bug

FP3+ /e/Os 4.2 official

Whatever app : open source and standard. Both for new download and update.

I’m doing this in anonymous mode.

Thanks @Julien Sharing the details with the team.
There are a couple of other posts on the App Lounge issues which suggest some workarounds. Let me know if they work for you. Guess some combination of settings is causing the App to freeze.

I’ve just received a notification from Applounge about new updates available and I could download updates.

Problem solved. Is there any action done buy the team?

Have shared all reports across posts with the developers. They are working on it.
