How do I stop these notifications? App lounge update. Options to stop the notifications are greyed out.

I raised a ticket with the e help desk and received this response:
"
Related to this notification an issue has been identified which is currently under review and by early January 2023, a new version of /e/OS is expected to fix this situation.
I share issue from Gitlab.

In the meanwhile I installed an app called ‘TidyPanel’ to hide the notification.
How does one raise a ticket? I couldn’t find any way to fill in a new issue on GitLab. Thanks in advance.
