App lounge uses 5 GB out f nowhere

I have e/OS installed on a Oneplus 7 with e/OS version 3.1.1.
All of a sudden 5 GB of data use within a couple of days. I nearly did not use the phone at all. What could possibly be a reasons for that?

Update: I just purchased 1000 MB and 480 MB is already gone without even touching the phone. What is going on? Very strange.

Thank you very much. I turned off automatic updates. Always first connect to lan before I update.

You can’t use LAN für AppLounge as far as I know.

I meant I use lan to do my updates in aurora. I just checked app lounge. Looks like the auto updates have been turned on. But not by me cause I never use App lounge and did shut is down from the beginning. I think this is probably what caused it.
