App subscription issue

Hi,

I’m using the Podcast Addict app with an annual Podcast Addict PREMIUM subscription at the Google Play Store to get rid of ads, get all features and support the project.

In the microG Play Store services I ticked all options. Nevertheless the app shows most of the time that I’ve got no subscription. When I klick that item, I get a Google screen where I can make a new subscription, though I’ve actually got an active one.

When I uninstall and reinstall the app, it shows an active subscription. But when I choose “Manage Subscription”, which actually should take me to the Google sucscriptin screen, nothing happens.

Some days later (after an update?), the app again shows that I’ve got no subscription.

I know that the whole Play Store services topic is still experimental. Do you know a workaround for the issue or can I expect some improvements in the future?

the context being: you added your Google Account?

In the microG Play Store services I ticked all options

“licensing request” and “billing api” I think?

You can file and ask in the microg issue tracker if anyone else has had success with podcast addict subscriptions.
