I’m unable to find the Yuh app with the App Lounge app.
Yuh (id: com.yuh)
I recently switched to that neo bank, and their mobile app is the central point of contact with them.
Also the accommodating Yuh TWINT app cannot be found: Yuh TWINT (id: ch.yuh.twint)
Similar apps by most other Swiss banks are available, e.g. my rather exotic old banks E-Banking and Twint apps, OWKB (Obwaldner Kantonalbank).
No SIM in phone yet - problem?
I have not yet inserted my SIM-card into the device because I wanted to get required things up and running on the new phone first.
Please tell me if this might be the reason.
What I’ve ruled out
The FAQ sais i should deactivate “fake geolocation” and “hide IP address” and promises it would resolve the problem.
I never had either of these activated yet, since I’m setting up a brand-new phone.
My Google account seems configured correctly with microG.
At least as far as I can tell, it gave me no signs it wasn’t.
I’m only guessing that this is relevant for finding the app with App Lounge.
My device
- Fairphone 6 - brand new, first time setup
- /e/ OS Version: 3.1.4-a15-20250915526528-official-FP6 - AFAIK the latest available
- App Lounge Version: 2.13.10 - I did nothing I’d imagine it to prevent being the latest available
If I can’t get that app, I’d have to switch my bank, I just recently switched, once again.
It is critical for me.
