I can’t install my favorite apps via App Lounge.
Only one app, the Swedish “Swish”. When I click “Install”, the text changes to “Try again” when I click again nothing happens.
Here are some of the apps:
Word, Excel, Swedish Bank-ID, Edge etc.
I have a Murena Fairphone 5 that was purchased from Murena earlier this year.
This needs to be fixed quickly because the Bank app cannot be installed.
It is extremly important to get the “Swedish Bank-ID” and my Swedish Bank “Länsförsäkringar Bank”
But allso the Microsoft Word, Excel, Onedrive, Edge mm.

BankID är inte problem att installera, jag använder det dagligen. Microsoft apparna kan vara problematiska då de kan kräva Google Play Services och som du kände vet så har inte e/OS Google Play Service utan Micro-G. Anledningen är att skydda användarna och ha bättre integritet. Skulle du kunna tänka dig att byta till till exempel Firefox och Libre office? Och en anledning till att du kände inte kan installera är du inte har utrymme på telefonen.

Jag har haft alla apparna installerade tidigare, men var tvungen att återställa till leverans inställningar och då raderas alla appar. Utom de apparat som är inne i operativsystemet, efter denna manöver går det inte att installera några personliga apparat inklusive BankID. När jag klickar på t.ex bankidikonen App Lounge står där 0 B och Exodus och en massa spärrinfo.
Jag börjar så smått bli trött på detta, har man full koll?

Det kan vara så att App Lounge inte har fått tillstånd att installera program. Gå till Inställningar → Appar →Tryck på “Visa alla (en siffra) appa. Gå in på “App Lounge” → “Öppna som standard” Där ser du om du har “Verifierade länkar” klicka i alla du hittar och går tillbaka ett steg tryck sedan på “Tvinga att avsluta” gå swda tillbaka till hemskärmen öpnna App Lounge och försök igen.

I reset the phone to factory settings bye a reason, after this i was Göinge to reinstall the apps i mentioned earlier bit they are blocked. I vän ser this by clicking on the icon of one of the apps in the App Lounge, behind the icon i vän ser 0 B as well as Exodus and a lot fo blocking data.

I have a Murena Fairphone 5 purchased from Murena in February 2025.

I wanted to investigate the matter, started with the BankID app, what I did was to click on the BankID icon in the App Lounge and behind the icon I could see 0 D and information regarding Exodus and a lot of data about blocks. When I do the same look at another app it says for example 2560 D and nothing about Exodus blocks. Good network, never any errors.
It is extremely important to get BankID and Länsförsäkringar Bank up and running, these handle my banking interests.
I am not an expert on the subject but it does not feel like the phone itself carries the error.
Yes this is what I can tell you right now, come back with specific questions and conclusions.

Update: The issues we are looking at is on FP6 devices in Sweden.
For this issue since it is a FP5 device and purchased from the Murena Store I would suggest you get in touch with the helpdesk you should submit the query using the form Contact Us if not already done. The team would have more details on the product.
They usually respond within 7 - 10 days due to the number of requests

I’m not sure, but it seems like issues with your network to me. Are you connected to WiFi? I’m in Norway and have experienced wrong settings for some of our mobile providers here on several phones. I’m not 100% sure, but I think I remember to have had this with FairPhone 5 when running /e/OS until 7 months ago.
Hi, my network is exelent, i pick up my old Samsung A 32 yesterday and did it back to factory set, i install all my lost apps wihout any network problems or other interupsions.

To resolve the issue, I restored the phone to its original settings, which removed all previously installed apps. After the restart, the mandatory apps reappeared, and both email and Phone calls and SMS functionalities continued to work as expected. I then began reinstalling my personal apps via App Lounge, including Svenskt BankID, Länsförsäkringar Bank, Word, Excel, Onedrive, and Swish, among others whose names I do not remember. I was able to successfully install some apps, such as Marinetraffic, Apoteket, and 1177.
I have also tried installing other apps temporarily just to see how the function works there. I can say that all apps out of ten were able to be installed.
However, one did not work, which was the Onlyoffice suite.

I suddenly remembered that I have an old Samsung A32, I charged the battery, reset the phone to factory settings. I then started installing all the apps mentioned earlier in this description, everything went without any problems. This must what I can see clear my network of the cause of the problems.

Today morning I made another attempt to install my missing apps, this happened after I reset to default settings again, all installations now happened without complications.
