Aurora has been displaying the above-mentioned error message for a few days. Reinstalling, changing networks, etc. haven’t helped. My daughter’s smartphone has the same problem. App Lounge hasn’t worked for a while. What can I do?

Simply try again every once in a while - that’s rather normal behaviour in my experience, rather google-dependant but third-party-store-app-dependant.
If you are in a Wi-Fi network, disable Wi-Fi and try via mobile network.
Same prob with mobile Network.
Now it’s running again
