Backup failed: Unable to mount storage

Hi,

I just installed latest release of TWRP and /e/OS on my Samsung S9 Exynos successfully and I want to do a system backup with TWRP.

So I followed this tutorial: Backup and Restore with TWRP but it fails.

Once I swipe to backup, I have the following message:

Updating partition details…
…done
Unable to mount storage
Full SELinux support is present.
Unable to mount /data/media/TWRP/.twrps
Updating partition details…
…done
Unable to mount storage

Is anybody able to help me?

I tried to remove the lock in Security but it didn’t work better.
Anyway that’s fine: I will just give up on doing a backup :slightly_smiling_face:
