A few days ago I was still using /e/ on my galaxy S7. Unfortunately, it wasn’t lasting more than 8hours. With the stock rom it’s about 20 to 24hours. I tried to lower battery usage by turning off GPS, dimming the screen ad removing some apps. But still, it’s not usable for my needs. (I don’t use any social media apps by the way)
I had to switch back to stock rom. So sad
On my Redmi 3s, idle drain was relatively high 0.8-1%/h. Best case scenario 0.4%/h but was achieved very rarely. To be fair on stock LOS it was pretty much the same. After flashing a custom kernel (Chimaera ) idle drain now averages around 0.2-0.4%/h. Several times overnight idle drain is around 0.1%/h. I will try /e/ on my Poco F1. Hopefully it will be better.
