Is there some way of preserving the locations of app launchers when Bliss is updated? It’s really annoying to have to move them around every time. I have also noticed that if I set another browser as the default then its launcher is put on the dock bar at the bottom of the screen. Why does this not happen for the default SMS app too?

A new update today has put the default SMS app (Signal in this case) on the dock bar as expected. 
I read this topic, I was very interested. But when I read it, I got very confused.
Where do I find any settings for for the Bliss Launcher?
I have not noticed or found any settings for the launcher. Main reason why I don’t use it. Just the ability to sort the apps would be nice. Clearing its data is the only way but that’s not ideal.
