Blocked with the easy installer - One plus 8 pro

Hi everyone !
I changed my samsung s8 with e os to a one plus 8 pro but I don’t manage to pass the step : “recovery mode installation”

2 computers tested with linux

Could someone help me please ?

avez-vous bien débloqué le bootloader ?

have you sure to have unlocked the bootloader ?

fastboot oem device-info

Le bootloader semble bien déverouillé il est “unlock” au démarrage du téléphone et OEM déverouillé de façon permanente dans le menu des paramètres

Par contre la commande sur mes 2 pc linux indique : < waiting for any device >

Do you possibly have this (or similar) issue OEM Unlocking greyed out on OnePlus 8T T-Mobile.

The tail of your log is showing that Easy Installer was unable to sendLogToSupport.

You could look for the log … the filepath shows in your screenshot as

~/snap/easy-installer/common
