Do I see that right, that bootloader unlocking won’t be possible anymore on ALL Samsung devices with UI 8?
If that’s true, all the Samsung devices will be blocked for e/OS 
Shouldn’t e/OS put that on their list with avaiable devices? Fact is that I bought a Samsung A52 because on the list and now it doesn’t let me install e/OS anymore

Probably not directly related but with the same affect: I got a Samsung Tab S6 lite SM-P610 (2020) where I can see and toggle OEM-Unlock but it has no affect, no option appears in download-mode. One UI-Version is 5.1.1
I already reloaded complete OEM-Stock, nothing changed. Cherry on the top: Security Patch Level: 1. April 2025 ;- )
PS: Haven’t tried if unlocking is possible anyway…next week

Seems you have to do those things very much in the right order including
Connect the device to a Wi-Fi network.
which is listed first on the list.
