Long story short, this device was bought in 2016 online from korea, and couldn’t place phone calls in France. The dealer couldn’t find a solution, so it was reimburse without having to send it back to the seller. It then stayed in a shelve until I bought it recently.
I’ve flashed a correct firmware and phonecall where then possible.
