I changed on the Fairphone 5 for the photos to be saved on microSD and when I try to swap between photos through camera app, I cannot swipe, the photo doesn’t change. There’s a problem when I try to delete a photo through Camera app too. It simply bugs out and it doesn’t delete the photo ( I need to manually go in the folder ).
Also, if I go in microSD to any folder that has photos, screenshots, pictures I cannot swipe left-right once I open a photo/screenshot/picture.
Anyone has the same problem?
There are issues with pictures stored on SD card when using the default Gallery app.
For example, you can try to rotate and then save a picture that is on the SD storage, you will certainly get an error message.

Now, I honestly do not face any issue using the “Fairphone” camera app. Those bugs only occur with the gallery app. In my case the workaround was to install “Fossify gallery” app instead.

There is another bug which I encountered:
- if I chose to save my photos to the microSD card and simultaneously turnon the Sync for photos and videos, the photos are being uploaded but on the cloud there’s no folder to access them. On the free Cloud account, the Megabytes are being countered.
- I can reconfirm that if you want to preview the photos from the camera app, you cannot swipe left-right and photos aren’t being deleted even though you press the delete button.
