I have exactly they same issue with my Gigaset from the e-store. Is this a known issue?
I don’t understand why we should already get in touch with e-support via e-mail at this moment. It would be nice if you could explain a little further.
The devices sold on eStore get the stable builds. If there is an issue with these phones then the team providing the support for phones purchase from eStore can handle it better. Also if there are issues related to your device the team would want to know more about the purchase details. This is a public forum and we would not want you sharing your phone purchase or any other details on this forum.
Meanwhile I have passed this info to the build team.

) and informed me about this fix:

So far it worked, though it still shows 0.13 as the current and 0.13.1 as the update version. According to support, this is normal behavior, at least for now, and v0.14 will follow next week.

Update:
Since no 0.14 Update is available, I asked support when to expect it. This is their reply from beginning of this week:
the situation has changed a little, we will skip /e/OS 0.14 to directly make the 0.15 update available hopefully next week. Sorry for this delay.

Thankyou for the update. Btw I have tried to install the Updater for GS290 but it simply doesn’t finalize the app installation process. Even after hours.

I have flashed the dev image from the Gitlab entry https://gitlab.e.foundation/e/backlog/-/issues/2462, but the Updater still shows version /e/OS 0.13-2020121590520 …i’m confused.
It seem to be a bit of a mess with the GS290 build at the moment, hopefully the maintainer(s) can sort this out with the next release.
