CalDav: Subscribing ecloud calendar w/G-Calendar

Hi, there. My wife still uses BigG-Calendar and would like to subscribe to my ecloud one. You can find subscription mode via URL in GCal-Settings but none of the following addresses syncs albeit the CalDav-address of other providers are fine:

https://ecloud.global/remote.php/dav/calendars/myname@e.email/personal/
https://ecloud.global/remote.php/dav
https://ecloud.global/remote.php/dav/principals/users/myname@e.email/

How come? Is this a restriction of ecloud or should I blame BigG?

I bet on some bugs on /e/ side.
I’m experimenting subscription to my own DAV calendar.
It works on a Samsung S8 0.16 pie (davx5necessary)

It refuses to connect on a fairphone FP2, Q build, davx5 also installed
