Cannot add e Account for synchronisation

I had Problems syncing Tasks, therefore i deleted the e Account in syncing and tried to add IT after a New Start. Now i cannot add my account

That’s strange : your device try to use https://e.cloud, but the /e/ cloud is at https://ecloud.global
Maybe you should try the “Use a specific server” button ?

I can now add the account to synchronisation, but still my personal calendar is gone and i cannot sync my calendar.

Could you please check in Calendar app settings that “Personal” is present is enabled (solid icon) :

Then you can try to disable-enable it (“Synchronize this calendar”), then use “Refresh” from the 3-dot menu.

If “Personal” is not in the list, then you may have a problem with your /e/ account settings.
