Hi!
I am trying to log into Heetch (a French ride-hailing app similar to Bolt) and it does not work. Here is what I am doing :
- I open the app.
- I touch '“C’est parti !”, “Let’s go!” in French.
- I input my phone number.
- I touch “Confirmer”, “Confirm” in French.
- I have the following error message : “Nous sommes désolés. Une erreur est survenue, veuillez réessayer (#4630). Si le problème persiste, veuillez contacter notre équipe.”, “We are sorry. An error occured, retry (#4630). If the problem persists, contact our team.” in French.
I have contacted Heetch support and they have asked me to try the following but nothing works:
- Check my internet connectivity.
- Reboot the phone.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app.
- Change the network from Wi-Fi to cellular or the opposite.
- Clear cache.
- Wait and try later.
They have also told me that the error 4630 that I have is related to a malfunction of reCAPTCHA Google verification system. I have read posts regarding reCAPTCHA issues but I did not find any solution.
I have a Google Pixel 7a on /e/OS v3.5.
Does someone have an idea to fix this issue?
