By now the problem is solved. What I did was
- deleting the cache of the App Suite
- rebooting the phone
- deleting all data of the App Suite
- rebooting the phone
- activating the advanced privacy options
- rebooting the phone
- deactivating the advanced privacy options
- rebooting the phone
- trying to update the apps one at a time
- trying to update the apps in bulk
Nothing seemed to work. After a good nights sleep the phone had updated one app. Then I started the bulk update again and all updates went through.
I hope that helps in case someone else runs into the same problem.
