I’ve decided to cancel my Apple Music subscription. The problem is that I made this subscription from my Fairphone 5 (originally I was in a family plan, but when my dad cancelled it I switched to paying it myself) and now whenever I hit cancel in the Apple Music app, it takes me to the App Lounge homepage. I can’t find anywhere in any settings to cancel my subscription, and I think that might be because I’m anonymous in the App Lounge? But I am paying 5,99 that I’d like to not be paying anymore, I’m just not sure where to turn to. Has anyone else dealt with this problem or does anyone have tips for what I could do next?
Cancel the payment at the bank.
Try to log in on the website : https://music.apple.com/ and cancel your subscription there. (if possible)
