Hi every body,
I can’t download medias in my whatsapp chat. I get the message, “Download failed, the download couldn’t be finished. Try later again.”
I don’t know exactly why this happen. I don’t use wa very often. WA is instaled inside shelter. It used to work in version 0.12.
My version is android q 0.13
But I also have truble with saving screenshots, mybe this has a releation?

Does shelter and Wa do have all needed permissions ?
It’s a while since I used Shelter, but I remember that it needed some special magic to allow it to access the file system. Possibly an instance of the ‘FIles’ app installed in the work profile?
Acutaly yes, I belive so. I double check, but I can not tel for sure.
Unfortunaly I can’t make any screenshot about the settings.
Is shelter working fine in android q? File shuttle is not working yet, but the rest?
I even tried to delet wa but it did not help at all. I can send pictures and I also can forward those that I can not download.
