Can't Login to Murena Account

Hi,
I need to do a manual upgrade, so am checking a phone is syncing with Murena account OK, by trying to login to Murena Cloud on a desktop PC>
The phone has the 2 accounts in Settings/Accounts:
1)
name@mureau.io

2)
Contacts (name@murena.io zw)
Murena.io: Address book

And its showing 646 mb used of the 1000mb allowance, so assume its syncing.

When I enter the ‘name@murena.io’ into the Murena Cloud, and what I think is the password login I get wrong user name or password. (is there a way ti reveal the Phones account login password).
In case I have a note of the wrong password - and I cant extract it from the phone, if I ‘Reset Password’ via the Desktop PC, will the phone throw up a dialogue box asking for the new password when it tries to Sync.
Worried about locking myself out.
The Phone and its account I am checking is not mine, and I am not sure what the person did to enable the account, do you setup a Murena sync account on the Device, and so login credential entered on the phone to set it up, should then work via a desktop.

I see in my Saved logins in Fire Fox, 3 logins saved:

  1. my user name
  2. name@murena.io
  3. name@e.email

I asked something along these lines, but that was to do with bulk deletion of contacts:

All seems quite convoluted, have searched for a concise set of instructions for using the Murena Cloud in the manner I explain above, ie phone syncs, login on PC, but cannot find anything.

Ok tried to reset the Password, the reset link didn’t work - reported ‘Token Invalid’ despite several tries.
Now it suggests contacting the ‘Administrator’, where can I do that.

Found an email address: help@e.email, so have sent an email to that.
