Can't send e-mail messages from my murena.io account

When I try to send a message from the e-mail address I have on murena.io, I get the following error.

“554 5.7.1 Matched map: LOCAL_BL_FROM”

As far as I can understand from similar messages on the forum, it depends on the fact that I sent too many messages in a too short time from a free account. This is probably due to the fact that I tested delta-chat on this address.

That’s ok, but… how much time should I wait before sending e-mail again?

Having reported it here will allow for an Admin to contact you and arrange the undo. I think the fails would continue till the account is freed.

Hi @ProFed pl check your email now. The murena email has been re enabled and should be working now. As a free account there are limitations on the number of emails that can be sent in an hour. It is about 2-3 which includes emails in the cc list.
