Can't Share Password via Murena Cloud

Hi there!

Just purchased a e/OS device for my partner and getting them set up on Murena Cloud to begin their deGoogling process.

I realized sharing passwords within Murena would be great if we’re on the same platform.

However…

When I go to share a password, when I type in their email into the “search user field” nothing pops up in the dropdown menu as I would have expected it to like with sharing files. When I go to share, it says:

“The user XYZ does not exist”

And

“Invalid receiver uid”

I tried looking through the settings to see if it was disabled somewhere and all looks to be ok. I’ve never done this before, do I need to enter something specific to get it to work?

Thanks!

I guess it’s disabled to not allow user enumeration / discovery, something you do not want on public nextcloud instances, but isn’t an issue in internal nextclouds.

I wonder if it can be made possible by allowing users to create groups. Murena subscribers can put in a feature request
