Just wanted to know, am I the only one whose clock doesn’t switch to local time while traveling ? How do i change that ? Besides, there’s an option for a double clock when traveling, but it doesn’t work at all !

In Settings > System > Date and time
Is switched to Time zone > Set automatically ?
If off, does the phone respond correctly to manual adjust Time zone?

Yes it is ! I disabled an re-enabled it to test but it did not change anything.
One of my questions is: is the the time switching based on your mobule data or sim card ? Because i, most of the time, travel using airplane mode but with wifi enabled and geolocation too.

I thought time and date comes from mobile data, but location is probably (that is guessing, multiple sources seem to be involved) involved to confirm Time zone … and AOSP can be “different” Time Zone Data | Android Open Source Project
So your test involved switching off automatic, cross a time zone, phone behaves just the same. Makes you think that the automatic setting “does nothing” (??) … or
Nop i just tried to disable/re-enable it to see if it did something.
Besides, switching the settings to automatically doesn’t change anything…
