CMF Phone 1 new installed e os via web browser it works, but orange state is shown

Hi,

i installed e os via web browser today.

There was no failure, e os is working.

But when the phone ist starting, it shows orange state, after 5 seconds e os is starting.

The issue is, that banking apps are not working, as the system is detected as rooted.

Is it possible to solve this problem?

I bought my CMF Phone 1 with e/os installed. It also shows “Orange state” on starting but my bank app works.

Hi Markus,

I also own a CMF1 and flashed /e/OS by myself. It also shows orange state at the boot screen, but 4.2 works perfectly fine. My banking apps also (DKB, N26 and Trade Republic).

Did you close the bootloader after installing /e/OS? Is your phone really rooted?

It is normal behavior as according to Install /e/OS on a Nothing Nothing CMF Phone 1 - "tetris" | /e/OS documentation, the bootloader cannot be relocked.

thank you for your response. Seems like the issue is not the orange state but the root situation.

I use the pushtan App from Sparkasse, and it does not work because of the root situation.
