Contacts Issue: 'Phonetic' fields trump others in 'Sort by' rules

Regardless of ‘Sort by’ preferences, if any contact has any ‘Phonetic Name’ field completed, (Phonetic First, Middle or Surname) then Contacts will ignore preferences and sort by this field.

Preferences should be adhered to, or preferably, settable per contact ( some contacts I wish to be listed by company, some by First Name, some by Nickname.

interesting bug. Going after mPhoneticName term usage in https://cs.android.com/android/platform/superproject/main/+/main:packages/apps/Contacts/src/com/android/contacts/ in the list/ subdir could yield the spot where the behaviour is controlled
