Contacts murena.io +Q: sync impossible, error 404

Hi,

I still have problem with the synchronization between my phone contacts and murena.io ( New phone: contacts synchronized but no phone numbers )

I finally got my contacts phone numbers back. But since I imported three times the .vcf file on the account page, I erased all and imported again the working file (fossify export). Now I have every number one time WITH phone number, great. But the phone now refuses to sync: error 404 !?!

did you delete the whole address book and created a new one?

if so, see the end of [HOWTO] Use the Contacts App where it says Known Limitations or Bugs

yes, I deleted and created a new one with a new name.

I did that:

The new contact list name appears, but still 404 when syncing…

uh, wait, actually it is working if I do it with the sync button (bottom on the image above)! Periodic and manual sync from the menu is also working now.

If no further assistance is needed, could you close your ticket WITH mentioning the steps you (eventually) applied to get the problem solved? Thanks!

Resetting your murena.io +Q contact account:

  • rename/recreate your contact list on the website, import .vcf etc…

  • On your phone follow these steps

  • your contact list(s) should appear now

  • Sync with the blue button bellow the red square on the image above.

it should work now
