It started when I removed the screen lock. Added it back but the app no longer worked. Have spent days on the chat with them and still curve pay is is not able to register as default wallet

Their message:
Just to provide a little more context, the process of linking your card to a digital wallet is known as provisioning. When provisioning is successful, a secure token is created on the device, which links your Curve card to that wallet and allows it to be used for payments.
In your case, we’re not receiving any provisioning requests or communication from your Xiaomi device. Because of this, we can’t see any evidence of attempts to add your Curve card or enable Curve Pay from our side.
This suggests that the issue is likely occurring before the request reaches Curve, which is why we’d recommend contacting Xiaomi Support for further assistance.
When you get a chance, please let Xiaomi Support know that:
Curve is not receiving any provisioning requests from your device.
No provisioning attempts are visible on the Curve account.
You’re unable to add your Curve card or enable Curve Pay because the provisioning communication does not appear to be reaching Curve’s systems.
