I upgraded my Fairphone 6 to e-OS 4.0 (Factory install of e-OS) and now Curve payment won’t work. Has anyone else had this issue?
I saw this was effecting older FP’s on e-OS 3.5 but have not found any one having an issue with 4.0 or the FP6.

Any error messages?
Is the boot loader locked?
Can’t remember the exact error but some thing like “card declined”, yet the physical card works just fine on the same terminal.
I’m not 100% sure regards the boot loader but the phone shipped from Fairphone with /e/OS factory installed so I assume it is locked.
Just to clarify this was working fine for me since I got the phone, end of last year, until I installed /e/OS 4.0.

Doesn’t work for me either although a different device. My issue is on a separate post - long story short I don’t get support from Murena and Curve blames the O.S. provider.
Sounds Like I need to raise a ticket with Murena, I believe my phone should have support.

Sadly not, Murena said raise it Fairphone so I did but never got a reply.

Fairphone have got back to me and are raising a ticket with Murena.

@MaemoFan Hi! Can you try to reproduce the payment problem and then provide logs through the following process ? Capture a debug information from /e/OS
