Deactivate Hyperlink in MAIL? SIGNAL? TELEGRAM?

Hello everybody,
more and more news are being spread, that one major thing to spread virusses and malware are hyperlinks which have been clicked onto be accident, or without care…
Now I am wondering to make security for myself easier to block/deactivate ALL hyperlinks that come via Email, Message, SMS, or so…
Does anybody of you know if there is a setting to do so?
Even if each program has to be handled seperately?
Would be pleased to know, that this things can be blocked…

Best way I found so far, is not to set-up a default browser app :

So I get asked every time when I “click” on a link, and just choose which browser to use or tap elsewhere to cancel.
