Deleted system apps will be back after OTA update?

Hi i heard deleted stock apps with rooting will be back after OTA update. Is it true…? Cus some people is is not true

My phone is galaxy note4 n910k
And if i deleted stock camera apps would it be reinstalled after OTA update that pops up in my phone??

Logical that they “come back”, since that part of the system will be overwritten. There is a very simple workaround:

Install for example Titanium Backup and do not delete but freeze the system apps you don’t want. After an OTA they will still be frozen. I work that way since years.
