I’ve installed /e/os on my fairphone a month ago, back then, the latest version was 2.3.
I’ve seen that 2 days ago a new version was released but still I didn’t get the update on my phone, is there anything wrong (maybe because of changing the channel name?)

this is expected, notification always come a few days after the release, to let time for feedback from the attentive users, and to be abble to remove or replace a faulty version.
if you are impatient, you can get the new update directly from the /e/ website :
/e/OS dev FP5 download or /e/OS stable FP5 download
also stable branch builds are delayed compared to dev branch for the same reason.
today, e-2.4-t dev build for your device is out, stable not yet…
