Display, Style, Accent Colour settings have full internet access

Under Display, Style, Accent Colour settings, each colour have full internet access. Why does each colour require full internet access? Is it calling home to google?

Also, does anyone know what Companion Device Manager is for?

I can’t find the access to internet ??
Which Android version do you have ? 7 or 8 or 9 ??

Show System (apps)
Select accent colour/theme (eg Banana)
Data Usage
–> shows full internet permissions

Same with the calculator app, full internet permissions, why does it need to connect?

Any App --> Data Usage --> internet permissions --> Y or N
