Do not install /e/OS on top of a higher version of stock OS

Hello,
Sorry for that stupid question but i don’t want to brick the new phone i just bought.
i just bought the redmi 9 pro and i’m trying to install /e/OS.
Ithink i’m on the good way but i have a doubt.

it’s said : Do not install /e/OS on top of a higher version of stock OS.

I’ve updated the smartphone and is on android version 11 RKQ1.200826.002 now
E/OS is miatoll?? Is it android 10?

Can i go further in the install or should i downgrade my device?
In that case how should i do?

/e/OS for miatoll is based on Android 11 (R). The installation of /e/OS without downgrading should not be a problem.
