Hello /e/ community, I make a monthly donation via PayPal, /e/ allows two methods of donation 1st is monthly donation, 2nd is a patron why are there two ways to donate and what’s the difference?

Hello, I don’t think there is a big difference. Maybe the charge taken by Patreon and PayPal (if any) ?
The main difference is the amount of the donation, which is different in Patreon (2€, 5€, 10€, …) and Paypal (4€, 8€, 16€, …).
