Down Dog Yoga app keeps crashing on start

Hello,

I’m new to e/OS, I just started using my Firphone. I installed Down Dog Yoga app which is super important to me, but it won’t start just keeps crashing.

Is there anything I can do about it?

It might be worth check if it has some trackers that are disabled and enabling them to see if it still crashes.

Yes. I have had a couple of cases where this helped me.

I gave it a shot myself and it crashes for me also, as does their pilates app.

I found this troubleshooting guide for crashing issues with Down Dog Yoga app:

and it recommends giving permissions to the app.

I’m not sure how to do that. The app hasn’t requested any and when I go to the app permissions on the settings I don’t se any permissions to turn on other that notifications. For other apps I have more options there.

I have the same problem; sadly the suggestions did not work for me.

Edit: I found a workaround. You can use the Browser Version via this link and add it to your homescreen via your browser: Down Dog | Great Yoga Anywhere

Edit2: I contacted the down dog support; they sadly can only provide support for phones with installed Google Playstore.
