hello, why is it possible to use the drob/status bar on the lock screen and how can i prevent it on a FairPhone 4 with \e\os 2.4?

Hello,
I’ve been waiting for the service to be restored (Nextcloud = personal diaries, address book, photos, files, etc.) since October 6!
I’ll wait to see how long it takes Murena to restore the service before trying to solve any more.
Thank you for your understanding, as helping people to use a service that doesn’t exist is complicated for me.
