E.cloud subscription problem

Hi all.
Firstly I would like to say that I love /e/os, it’s not perfect, but idea behind it is awesome.

Unfortunately lastly I run into problem with subscriptions. I wanted to buy bigger one while still using 20GB, so I go to shop choose other subscription and I was getting something like * You can not switch this subscription. Invalid subscription, so I decided to cancel current one, and try again.
Now I’m getting exactly: “You can not switch this subscription. It appears you do not own the subscription.”, and my current subscription which is valid doesn’t work anymore.
